Registered nurses develop care plans that are based on a thorough examination that identifies your health conditions, the level of care required, and the appropriate medical interventions needed.
Nursing is provided in consultation with your doctor and/or hospital discharge team. If there is an issue with your care and your GP is unavailable, our nurses have access to our own in-house GP for clarification and guidance. At Chiza Care, we aim to provide the best possible care and management of your health issues.
